About this site: This is my personal portal which I have made for my own convenience. I have also placed some elements that make it more handy for friends. For me the two most useful features of the site are the freeware shortlist and the search page, which I use and update frequently.
Viewing this site: If you're using a windoze PC, be sure when doing any websurfing to have font smoothing turned on. Everything will look much better than without it. To check: go to Start Menu, Settings, Control Panel, Display, Effects, Smooth edges of screen fonts.
